Mason jar peanut butter sriracha soy with veggies

  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 t sriracha
  • 50 g red cabbage sliced
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g red peppers chopped
  • 50 g carrots
  • 25 g chick peas
  • 1 c lettuce (or whatever fits in jar)
DIRECTIONS
  1. whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, and sriracha. pour in bottom of mason jar. layer cabbage, broccoli, carrots, chick peas and lettuce. refrigerate for up 5 days. when ready to eat, pour into a bowl, mix and enjoy!
