Matzo Charlotte with Apples

- 2 matzos
- 1/4 suet, chopped fine
- 2 apples, sliced fine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 tbs raisins, seeded
- 1 tbs almonds, blanced and grated
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
DIRECTIONS
- Soak matzos in water and squeeze dry. Add remaining ingredients, folding in the beaten egg whites last. Bake in greased baking dish about 1 hour in moderate oven at 350 degrees.
