Meatball Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 2 lb potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 lb small onions
- 1 bunch carrots sliced lengthwise
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 cup day old breadcrumbs
- 3/4 tsp marjoram
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp worchester sauce
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp bottled sauce for gravy
- 3/4 tsp onion salt
DIRECTIONS
- In large saucepan boil potatoes, carrots and onions till done
- Add peas, set aside
- Mix meat with milk, egg, breadcrumbs, majoram, salt and worchester sauce
- Make small meatballs and brown, remove, set aside
- Sauté mushrooms, set aside
- Heat soup with remaining ingredients
- Mash potatoes
- Place all but potatoes into casserole dish
- Top with potatoes
- Bake at 350-400 until browned
