Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel® hot tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take all ingredients and mix together.
  2. Shape into round mold and bake at 350° F for about 1 hour.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Put ketchup on top and cook for 15 minutes longer.
  5. Cut and serve.
