- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can Rotel® hot tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 spring onions
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Take all ingredients and mix together.
- Shape into round mold and bake at 350° F for about 1 hour.
- Drain grease.
- Put ketchup on top and cook for 15 minutes longer.
- Cut and serve.
