Meaty Queso

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 1 16 oz.jar of salsa
- 1/2 lb. ground meat
- hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Brown the meat in a skillet
- 2.Melt the cheese in a pot on stove
- 3.When cheese is fully melted, add the salsa and stir
- 4.Continue stirring so cheese doesn't burn
- 5.Gradually add the meat to cheese/salsa mixture
- 6. Stir in hot sauce, salt and pepper for flavor
- Serve in a serving dish/bowl with tortilla chips
