Melissa's, Healthy Coleslaw

  • 1 small bag of coleslaw (1 lb or 6 cups)
  • Healthy Coleslaw Dressing:
  • ¾ cup whole plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (Just make sure to buy 3.5+%)
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, whisk Healthy Coleslaw Dressing ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, add coleslaw and pour dressing over; gently toss.
  3. Let salad sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to mingle, and toss again.
