INGREDIENTS
- 6 large eggs
- 4-5 Tablesoons granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Separate whites. Beat whites until they begin to form stiff peaks then add sugar and finish beating to stiff peaks, use glass bowl.
- Spread over pudding and bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
