- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon mesquite flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- Cream the butter. Add the powdered sugar, mesquite flour and cocoa powder and beat until fluffy. Add the vanilla and mix until smooth.
