Mexican Baked Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c chunky salsa
  • 4 hot baked potatoes, split
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced pitted black olives
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook beef in skillet til browned.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, salsa, heat through.
  4. Serve over potatoes.
  5. Top w/sour cream, olives.
  6. To bake potatoes:
  7. Pierce potatoes w/fork.
  8. Bake at 400°F. 1 hr.
  9. OR: microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min. til fork-tender
