  • 1 lemon wedge
  • chilli salt
  • 1 1/2 measures mescal
  • 3/4 measure Cointreau
  • 1 1/4 measure fresh lemon juice
  • 4 - 5 ice cubes
  • lemon rind spiral, to decorate
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dampen the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the wedge of lemon
  2. Dip it into chilli salt
  3. Pour the mescal, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
  4. Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously
  5. Strain into the cocktail glass
  6. Decorate with the lemon rind spiral
