- 1 lemon wedge
- chilli salt
- 1 1/2 measures mescal
- 3/4 measure Cointreau
- 1 1/4 measure fresh lemon juice
- 4 - 5 ice cubes
- lemon rind spiral, to decorate
DIRECTIONS
- Dampen the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the wedge of lemon
- Dip it into chilli salt
- Pour the mescal, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
- Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Strain into the cocktail glass
- Decorate with the lemon rind spiral
