Minted Peas

  • 2 cups peas
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp mint
  • 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Directions:
  2. 1) bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add peas. Cook 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, set aside.
  3. 2) Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and green onions. Sautee 2 minutes.
  4. 3) Add peas, mint, salt. Sautee 2 minutes
