Mocha Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 tsp instant espresso
- 1/4 cup finely grated semi- or bitter-sweet chocolate
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Whip cream until thickened, then add remaining ingredients and whip until between soft and stiff peaks.
