Mocha Icebox Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • Sponge Cake of your choice
  • 1 pound of fresh butter
  • 1 pound of icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 1 tin of Nestle 's table cream
  • Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy then slowly add eggs one at a time.
  2. Mix coffee with one tablespoon of hot water into a thick paste and let cool. Drip the coffee paste slowly into the creamed mixture.
  3. Add the tin of cooled Nestle's cream.
  4. Layer the cream mixture in a deep dish with a nice sponge cake cut into thin slices. Top with cool whip.
