Mom's Vegetable Beef Stew

- Lean Beef
- Water
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Tomato Soup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peas
- Corn
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat in skillet
- Drain meat and add to pot
- Add water three inches above meat
- Peal, cut, and add potatoes and carrots to pot
- Add about 3 small cans of tomato soup
- Add salt & pepper
- Make sure all is covered with water
- Cook for 2 hours on LOW
- Add peas and corn
- Cook for at least 1 more hour (the longer it cooks, the better it tastes)
- Then serve delicious stew!
