Mom's Vegetable Beef Stew

  • Water
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Tomato Soup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peas
  • Corn
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat in skillet
  2. Drain meat and add to pot
  3. Add water three inches above meat
  4. Peal, cut, and add potatoes and carrots to pot
  5. Add about 3 small cans of tomato soup
  6. Add salt & pepper
  7. Make sure all is covered with water
  8. Cook for 2 hours on LOW
  9. Add peas and corn
  10. Cook for at least 1 more hour (the longer it cooks, the better it tastes)
  11. Then serve delicious stew!
