Mom's Polish Chili
- Servings: At least 6
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced or chopped
- 1-2 cans red kidney beans with liquid
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1-2 pounds dry spaghetti
- Brown beef and onion with desired seasonings in a large pot and drain. Add remaining ingredients with enough water added to cook the pasta, and cook according to pasta directions. DO NOT DRAIN.
- This dish is best served a day or so after cooking. The longer you wait the better it tastes. The pasta will puff up as the cooking water is absorbed.
