Montel's Almond-Crusted Salmon Bacon
- 1 cup ground raw almonds
- 5 oz. salmon filet, skin removed, sliced into three slices lengthwise
- ¼ cup peanut oil
- Dredge the salmon in the almond crumbs and set aside for a moment.
- In a sauté pan on medium to high heat add the oil. When the oil is hot carefully pan sear the salmon on both sides until done.
