Monterey Jack Salsa
- 1 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4-oz. can green chiles
- 2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 cup cilantro,chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lime
- 8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Blend all ingredients except cheese together; I use a blender, but you can leave it chunky, chill. Stir in cheese or sprinkle on top at serving time.
- Makes 5 to 6 cups.
