Monterey Jack Salsa

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4-oz. can green chiles
  • 2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup cilantro,chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients except cheese together; I use a blender, but you can leave it chunky, chill. Stir in cheese or sprinkle on top at serving time.
  2. Makes 5 to 6 cups.
