Mountain Dew Cake Topping

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 C. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sugar with flour.
  2. Cook in saucepan with butter and pineapple
  3. until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in coconut and nuts.
  5. Spread over hot cake.
