Muffin Tin Breakfast
- 6 round pieces of ham, about the size and thickness of bologna
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Line 6 or more muffin tins with a round piece of ham, about the size and thickness of bologna. Break an egg onto each piece of ham, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake about 15 min or until eggs are the desired firmness.
- This also can be done with half the tray with the eggs and ham, and the other half with muffins.
