My Mom's Ham Glaze

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of clove if desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in vinegar.
  2. Spread on ham and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
