INGREDIENTS

- Dough:
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 cups flour
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamom
- 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
- Makes 50 Cookies
- Preheat oven to 400
- Blend dough, and refrigerate over night.
- On board w. flour roll out dough thinly only use half the dough at a time (keep remaining refrigerated).
- Use 2 inch round cups to cut circles, 1/2 tsp of filling in center, fold over, roll up and shape into crescent.
- Bake 10 minutes, watching carefully.
