Nana's Rugelach
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 50
  • Dough:
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamom
  • 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
  1. Makes 50 Cookies
  2. Preheat oven to 400
  3. Blend dough, and refrigerate over night.
  4. On board w. flour roll out dough thinly only use half the dough at a time (keep remaining refrigerated).
  5. Use 2 inch round cups to cut circles, 1/2 tsp of filling in center, fold over, roll up and shape into crescent.
  6. Bake 10 minutes, watching carefully.
