No Knead Rolls

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 6-1/2 cups sifted flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the water and yeast. Mix in all the remaining ingredients.
  2. DO NOT KNEAD.
  3. Make into rolls and place in round greased cake pans.
  4. Freeze and then bag.
  5. Thaw and let rise to double.
  6. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
