Non-dairy smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 10-12 ounces of soymilk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
  • 8 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 of a banana (freeze your ripe bananas with peel off)
  • a cup of ice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This is good for all of you lactose-intolerant people (like me) or if you like the taste of soymilk. I used to work at a smoothie place and this is the best non-dairy smoothie there is, in my opinion. It's really filling, too.
