- with
- 4dl cottage cheese,
- 2dl crème fraiche,
- lemonpepper
- salt
- and loads of squeezed garlic.
- Sprinkle with fresh dill.
DIRECTIONS
- Mix peeled and cooked
- Let stay covered 1 hour in fridge before serving.
- Serve with warm baguette and spumante or lager
