Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 8-10
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4-5 teaspoons of milk
DIRECTIONS
- Dissolve 1 teaspoon soda in 4-5 teaspoons of milk. (The amount depends on how moist your dough will be) Mix dry ingredients as you do in a pie crust. Beat 2 eggs and add the eggs and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix together well.
- Form into balls with hands and flatten slightly on a cookie sheet.
- Lightly spray cookie sheet or use a baking sheet. I bake mine at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. I usually do mine for 8-9 minutes then you will have a moist cookie.
