Old Fashioned Pie Crust

  • 2 C All Purpose Flour - Sifted
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2/3 C Crisco
  • 12 TBS Ice Water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour, salt and crisco in a bowl
  2. Mix in ice water one at a time
  3. Use a pastry cutter to mix crust well
  4. Seperate dough into two halves
  5. Roll out dough using a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking
  6. Transfer dough to pie pan
  7. Flute sides with a fork
  8. Add desired filling
