Old Fashioned Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 8
- Preparation Time: 30 mins
- 2 C All Purpose Flour - Sifted
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2/3 C Crisco
- 12 TBS Ice Water
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, salt and crisco in a bowl
- Mix in ice water one at a time
- Use a pastry cutter to mix crust well
- Seperate dough into two halves
- Roll out dough using a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking
- Transfer dough to pie pan
- Flute sides with a fork
- Add desired filling
