One Bowl Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 8 oz. Package cream cheese, room temp
  • 1⁄2 stick butter, room temp
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup milk or enough for frosting consistency
  1. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl. Frost the entire top of cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
