Onion Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes, quartered and peeled
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. *See note above. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake stirring occasionally, 1 hour or until potatoes are golden and tender.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I like to mix first 6 ingredients and then add potatoes in a large plastic bag, shaking thoroughly to coat.
