Onion Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds potatoes, quartered and peeled
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. *See note above. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake stirring occasionally, 1 hour or until potatoes are golden and tender.
