Orange Romaine Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 oranges, peeled
- a few rings of red onion
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup oil
- pinch of any mustard
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Tear romaine into bite-size pieces. Section oranges. Toss romaine, oranges, and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad, toss well. Chill for several hours to blend flavours.
