PAULINE'S STEWED ARTICHOKES AND POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen
- artichokes
- 4 medium boiling potatoes
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 diced onion
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard (dry)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. (Italian) Wish-Bone
- dressing
- juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Chef-Magic Louisiana
- Kitchen spices
- 1 pinch or more salt
DIRECTIONS
- Cook artichokes as package directs. Peel, slice and
- boil potatoes. Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard,
- spices, garlic, salt and Wish-Bone in small amounts. Add to
- taste. Add onion. Meanwhile, drain cooked artichokes and
- potatoes; place in a bowl. Add dressing; stir well and let
- cool for 1/2 an hour. Refrigerate several hours. May also be
- served hot.
