• ¼ of an 8oz pkg cream cheese
• ¼ tsp mint flavoring
• 1 2/3 c powdered sugar
• desired coloring
• candy molds

1. Mash cheese and add flavoring and coloring.
2. Mix in sugar, kneading with hands until very smooth. Roll into balls the size of marbles.
3. Place one side into small bowl of granulated sugar. Then press into mold.
4. Un-mold on waxed paper.
5. Refrigerate.

Candy molds are available available at any hobby store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
