Peach Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 16
  • 15 reduced fat vanilla wafers, crushed (2 cups)
  • 2- 8 oz. pkgs. fat free cream cheese, softened.
  • 2/3 cup sugar ( USE SPLENDA)
  • 3 egg whites OR 1/2 cup EggBeaters
  • 2 tsp . vanilla
  • 2 Cups FF Peach flavored Yogurt
  • 2 TBLS Flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven 300 degrees.
  2. Spray spring form pan (9x3) with cooking spary. Or a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over bottom of pan.
  4. Beat Cream cheese till smooth.
  5. Add yogurt and flour and beat till smooth. Carefully spread batter over cookie crumbs.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
  7. Turn oven off, cool in oven for 30 minutes with door closed.
  8. Revemove from oven, cool 15 minutes.
  9. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
  10. Garnish with a peach slice.
