Peanut Butter Frosting
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Whipping cream
  1. In large bowl of a mixer, cream the powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add as much whipping cream (if needed) to make the frosting more spreadable (I had to add about 1/2 cup, but you may need more or less, depending on how you like it)
