Peanut Butter Frosting

  • 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
  • 1 CUP CREAMY PB
  • 5 TBS BUTTER, ROOM TEMP
  • ¾ TSP VANILLA
  • ¼ TSP SALT
  • 1/3 CUP HEAVY CREAM
DIRECTIONS
  1. PLACE THE SUGAR, PEANUT BUTTER, BUTTER , VANILLA, AND SALT IN A BOWL OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER .
  2. MIX ON MEDIUM LOW SPEED UNTIL CREAMY, SCRAPING DOWN THE BOWL AS YOU GO.
  3. ADD THE CREAM AND BEAT ON HIGH SPEED UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS LIGHT AND CREAMY.
