Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 6 ounce chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup salted peanuts
  1. Grease 8" square pan. In heavy saucepan combine peanut butter, milk, marshmallows, sugar and salt. Place over low heat and cook stirring constantly until marshmallows melt and all is well blended. Increase heat to medium; bring to boil and let boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Add 1/2 cup peanuts and mix. Pour in pan, sprinkle with remaining nuts. Let cool and cut
