Peanut butter pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Allow cream cheese to soften, to this add the peanut butter, confectioners sugar and the milk.
  2. Mix until creamy then blend in the Cool Whip. Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker crust.
  3. Freeze 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I got this from a guy who ran a coffee shop in Fayettville. It was always a nice drive there to get some fresh roasted coffee beans. It was a sad day when he closed his shop.
