Peking Pork Chops

  • 4 - 6 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic together.
  2. Place pork chops into crock pot.
  3. Pour mixture over pork chops.
  4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
