  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup molasses
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • Brazil nut curls (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add sugar and molasses and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and cool
  4. Gradually stir in confectioners sugar and beat until thick enough to spread
  5. Use nut curls as garnish
