- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup molasses
- 3 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- Brazil nut curls (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add sugar and molasses and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and cool
- Gradually stir in confectioners sugar and beat until thick enough to spread
- Use nut curls as garnish
