Pepper's Vegetarian Solanaceae Breakfast

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red chili
  • 2 green chilis
  • salt
  • 10 black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. egg mix
  2. dice 1/2 tomato
  3. cut chili into little pieces
  4. add pinch of salt and sprinkle garlic powder over tomato dices and chilis
  5. mix and leave for 5 minutes
  6. sautéd tomatoes
  7. grind black pepper in mortar or use a blender
  8. cut tomatoes
  9. sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and pour a tea spoon of olive over tomatoes
  10. mix
  11. spill into a hot pan and sauté for as long as you prefer (i'd sauté for 5 minutes)
  12. egg
  13. heat 1 tea spoon of olive oil
  14. saute the egg mix for 1-2 minutes
  15. crack egg over tiny (5") non-stick
  16. cook egg and sprinkle chili powder when nearly done

my brother's living overseas and my parents want me to send him recipes/mark recipes in a cookbook to send out to him. he's not a vegetarian and i told him he can replace the tomatoes with bacon/smoked beef if he wants.
