Pepperoni Dip

  • 3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 6 oz. can fried onions
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/3 of fried onions for garnish.
  2. Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees until heated through (approximately 12 minutes).
  4. Place remaining onions on the top and lightly brown on broil.
