Pickled Peppers

  • Pickled Peppers
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 4-5 Red Peppers, cut in 1/2 and de-seeded
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil and add peppers. Lower fire cook 8-10 minutes. DO NOT let get soft.
  2. Cook overnight and then refrigerate.
