Pickled Peppers

- Pickled Peppers
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 4-5 Red Peppers, cut in 1/2 and de-seeded
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Bring all ingredients to a boil and add peppers. Lower fire cook 8-10 minutes. DO NOT let get soft.
- Cook overnight and then refrigerate.
