Pina Colada Cake
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can Pina Colada mix (thawed)
  • 1 12-15 oz can crushed pineapple
  • Whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Coconut
  1. Bake cake according to directions in a rectangular sheet cake pan.
  2. While this bakes, mix together condensed milk and Pina Colada mix.
  3. While cake is still warm, with a wooden spoon handle, punch holes in cake.
  4. Pour liquid on cake, using all.
  5. Add Crushed pineapple to the top.
  6. When cool, cover with whipped topping.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
