Pineapple Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Preparation Time: 1 hour
  • FOR SPONGE CAKE:
  • 4 eggs.
  • Caster sugar half cup.
  • Plain flour 1 cup.
  • Baking powder 1tsp.
  • Hot water 2 tbsp.
  • FOR ICING:
  • Pineapple tin.
  • Fresh cream.
  • Icing sugar.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat eggs until firm then add slowly slowly caster sugar and beat.
  2. Add hot water then add plain flour+baking powder and fold it nicely.
  3. Bake it on 180 C for about 20 mins.
  4. FOR ICING:
  5. When cake is cool down.
  6. Cut the cake in 2 pieces and pour some pineapple juice on it put some whipped cream and pineapple chunks and decorate it as you wish.
  7. Pineapple Cake is ready to serve.
