Pineapple Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup nuts

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream eggs and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Sift in flour and baking soda. Add pineapple alternately with flour into creamed mixture. Flouring your nuts before adding will prevent them from falling to bottom of cake.
