Pineapple Cherry Pie

  • 1 can sour cherries
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks in syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons tapioca
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix drained cherries, pineapple with syrup, brown sugar, nutmeg and tapioca together. Pour into a pie shell (9-inch) cover with top pie crust. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes, until syrup boils and crust is brown.
