Pineapple Cupcakes

  • 20 oz can pineapple
  • 3 cups unbleached flour
  • 2 cups baker's sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup best blend oil
  • 3 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt in bowl.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add oil & vanilla.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
