Pineapple Ham Glaze
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tblsp. cornstarch
  • 1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1-1/2 Tblsp. (fresh) lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pineapple Ham Glaze
  2. 1 c. brown sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp. salt
  4. 1 Tblsp. cornstarch
  5. 1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
  6. 1-1/2 Tblsp. (fresh) lemon juice
  7. 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
  8. In a med. saucepan mix together
  9. brown sugar, salt and cornstarch.
  10. Add pineapple, lemon juice and mustard.
  11. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cook for
  12. 5-10 minutes until thickened.
