Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 1/4 cup oleo.
- Pineapple slices.
- Cherries and nuts.
- 1 1/4 cup flour.
- 3/4 cup milk.
- 1/2 tsp. salt.
- 1/4 cup Shortening.
- 1 tsp. vanilla.
- 2 tsp. baking powder.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1 egg.
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter and add to cake pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Arrange pineapple slices/syrup and place cherries and in center of pineapples.
- sprinkle nuts over top.
- In separate bowl sift flower, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Add shortening and milk.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Add vanilla and egg.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spoon batter over pineapple slices.
- Bake at 350.
