Polish Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

- Dough:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Filling:
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Heat Oven to 350°
- Make Dough:
- Cream butter, egg and sugar.
- Add vanilla and sour cream.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Spread 1/2 of dough in pan. Dough will be sitcky. Pat with floured fingers
- Make Filling:
- Mix filling ingredients together and spoon over dough.
- Add Remaining Dough:
- Drop remaining dough over filling by spoonfuls; it will spread while baking.
- Make Toppping:
- Mix first 3 topping ingredients; sprinkle over cake.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over topping.
- Bake:
- Bake for 45 minutes.
