Polish sauagae Sandwhich filling

  • 1 polish sauage rope style link about(about 1/2 a pound)
  • 1 cup shredded cobly jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
DIRECTIONS
  1. slice and chop the sauage until you have a cup of diced sauage(use any remaining for something else)
  2. 2. cook in a small fry pan with water for 2 or 3 mins. Then remeave the meat with a sloted spoon, and discard water.
  3. 3. mixed the cook meat with onion and cheese
  4. 4. Spread a fourth of the filling on one slice of bread and top with another slice of bread, can cook in George Forman for 1 min and 30 seconds if desired.
  5. You coul also spread on hambuger buns or english muffins and place it under the broiler for a min.
